The website is run by TOP ENERGY SET Sp. z o.o., details in the Legal notice (/legal-notice/). These terms are issued under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
2. Services
Free of charge, the website lets you read information about our contract manufacturing services and send a quote request or a message through the form. Sending the form does not create a contract or an obligation to order. Contracts are concluded separately in writing.
3. Audience
The website is addressed to businesses. Information on it is not an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
4. Rules of use
Do not send unlawful content, malicious code or data of other people without a legal basis.
5. Complaints
Send complaints about the website to sales@topenergyset.eu. We reply within 14 days.
6. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy and cookie policy (/privacy/).
7. Content
Texts, photos and graphics on the website belong to TOP ENERGY SET Sp. z o.o. or are used under licence. Copying them requires our consent.
8. Changes and law
We may change these terms. Changes apply from publication on this page. Polish law applies.
