Audit visits now bookable directly through sales
Audit visits used to be arranged case by case, usually somewhere between the third and the fourth email. It worked, but it was slower than it needed to be. From this month a visit is booked the same way a quote is requested: one email to sales, two or three date options back, done.
The visit itself has not changed. You walk the production floor, open the batch records you ask for, and sit with our quality manager for as long as the questions last. Polish, English, German or Italian — your choice.
Kostrzyn nad Odrą is an hour from Berlin by car. Auditors from DACH regularly do the visit as a day trip: the line in the morning, the files after lunch, home for dinner.
There is no charge and no obligation attached. In our experience an hour on the floor answers more questions than a month of correspondence.
