Alu-Alu blister forming added to the packaging line

The packaging line now forms all-aluminium Alu-Alu blisters alongside the clear Al-PVC we have run for years. The forming plates were commissioned in January; the first client batches went through in February.

The difference matters more than it looks. Al-PVC is the standard retail blister: the product stays visible and the cost stays low. Alu-Alu is aluminium on both sides — a complete barrier against moisture and light. For hygroscopic powders and shelf-life-critical formulas that is often the difference between a stable product and a complaint.
