How it works

How a project runs

Four steps from first email to stock at your door. You order the whole chain or a single stage.

01 You send the brief Format, volume, recipe or finished bulk, whatever you have. Within 48 hours you get a written answer: a clear go / no-go, the price broken down by stage, and the open questions listed.
02 Plan and materials One document: what we run, in what order, what each stage costs. Raw materials: we buy them for you with certificates, or work with yours. Everything is checked in before it enters the line.
03 We produce Mixing to your recipe, filling hard capsules, softgels and gummies, pressing tablets, filling liquids and ampoules, bottling or blistering. Weight control through the whole batch under our DEKRA-certified HACCP system. First batch in 4–8 weeks.
04 Batch record and shipping The batch record is closed and handed over with the goods. EXW or handover to your carrier. Berlin: next working day.

Why the German border matters

The cost side

The same EU rules as a German plant, at a Polish cost base. One legal entity holds the contract, the certificates and the production, so nothing is marked up on the way to you.

We quote in stages rather than one number: mixing, filling, packaging and storage each carry their own cost. You see the breakdown before you decide.

Intra-EU B2B: with a valid EU VAT number, deliveries are reverse-charge, no Polish VAT on your invoice.

The delivery side

Berlin: about 1 h by road, delivery next working day.

Need a second source or extra capsule capacity?

We take runs from 100,000 capsules, with your raw material or ours. Your specification, your name on the documents. Audit before contract.

Popular with brands that sell on marketplaces: before Q4, Black Friday or Prime Day we add capacity, so your listing does not run out of stock in the busiest months.
